January 2020

Posted by Steve Parkes on Monday 20 January 2020 at 02:03 PM

We have two sessions planned for 2020 beginning in January and June. With thousands of new breweries recently opened or opening soon there has never been a more important time to invest in brewer education. Quality has always been important but in today's exciting and volatile craft beer market it is vital that a brewer starts out strong with quality beer. Come and learn from the best.

January 2016 Classes

Posted by Ron Cotti on Wednesday 2 March 2016 at 11:39 AM

The January 2016 class wrapped up their final weeks recently. CBA students are wrapping up their apprenticeships soon. I’ve selected a couple of students from our last class who were hired at their apprenticeship breweries to tell their story.  No, it’s not a rags to riches thing…more like riches to rags, or at least clean clothes to wet and sweaty and covered in trub. So check them out here and be sure to congratulate them next time you see them.
